Exclusively introduced at the hotel to offer guests a chance to immerse themselves in eye-catching visuals, captivating storytelling, theatrics, and art, the ‘Dineamation’ experience is an avant-garde experience combining fine dining, entertainment, and interactive engagement.
The unique concept promises an extraordinary dining adventure that goes beyond just serving delicious meals. Creating an unforgettable ambiance that blends emotional storytelling with meticulously crafted gastronomic delights, the concept elevates the hotel’s dining to a whole new level. ‘Dineamation’ has been designed to make the imaginary world come alive, unlocking the artistic creativity in each diner and introducing a new dimension to Kuwait’s vibrant fine dining scene. It is guaranteed to unfold unimaginable opportunities before the diners by inviting them to dine with the Mona Lisa on Da Vinci’s table, indulge in a taste of Picasso, paint a salad in Pollock style, or savour Warhol’s soup can.

Diners will embark on a multi-sensory journey through the realm of art, enriched by an interactive dining adventure and an exquisite range of gastronomic choices tailored to individual preferences. The elegant seven-course Dineamation menu promises a memorable and delightful culinary adventure, starting with the King Crab and Yubari Melon Wonton Cup, a fusion of Alaskan king crab, king melon, green apple, and beluga caviar, elegantly topped with Yuzu dressing. The experience continues with the Beetroot and Goat Cheese Carpaccio, where roasted beetroots, walnuts, and a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze create a delightful composition. The Seafood Salad follows, artfully combining lobster, octopus, and calamari with blood orange, confit tomato, avocado, apple, caperberry, and kumquat dressing.
The vegetarian course introduces a stunning display of three vegetable puree dressings, creating a visually appealing combination. The Grade A-5 Wagyu Tenderloin course, featuring leafy broccolini, parsnip puree, potato pave, and confit leeks, creates a hearty experience. The culinary journey is concluded with the White Chocolate Potato Souffle and the Chocolate Bar.

‘Dineamation’ is available at Pepper Restaurant in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa every Thursday and Friday, with two shows running from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
