On Saturday, 31 January 2026, Taparelle will host an exclusive 50 Best Signature Session, bringing together two celebrated chefs for a one-night-only dinner ahead of the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony.
The Taparelle Signature Session forms part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions, a curated series of collaborative dining experiences taking place across Abu Dhabi from 31 January to 5 February. In total, 13 Signature Sessions will unfold at the city’s most celebrated dining destinations, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience once-off collaborations in the lead-up to the awards.
For the evening, Taparelle’s Head Chef Omaka Marie will be joined by Erwann Lance, the chef behind Le Petit Cornichon (No.46 on the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants list). Together, they will create a shared menu that moves effortlessly between Taparelle’s French-Italian sensibility and Lance’s bistronomic approach, blending the convivial spirit of a neighbourhood bistro with refined, thoughtful gastronomy.
