Italian eatery Primi in C2 launches business lunch menu

Inviting diners to enjoy authentic Italian fare at an approachable price point, the lunch costs AED 99 for two courses with coffee or AED 129 for three courses with coffee.

Satisfying both appetites and taste buds, the luxe lunch offering includes a delicious range of dishes to choose from such as appetizers of crispy calamari fritti served with red pepper aioli, bastoncini di pizza (four pizza sticks) with a dip of choice, traditional bruschetta with burrata, and in-house made sourdough pinsa romana with bresaola, mozzarella fior di late, olive and sun-dried tomatoes.

For those who opt for a three-course lunch menu, there’s on option of a tomato soup or dessert.

For mains, guests can expect options like polpette di manzo con mozzarella (beef meatballs stuffed with mozzarella in tomato sauce) served with herb ciabatta, prosciutto pizza with fior di latte mozzarella and pomodoro sauce, maccheroni al pomodoro e burrata (pasta with cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, burrata and basil), or Caesar salad with a choice of chicken or prawns.

The indulgence continues for dessert with a playful twist on the classic tiramisu served with orange coffee-soaked lady finger biscuits, decadent layers of creamy mascarpone, and cocoa tuile.

Both business lunch menus include a choice of coffee, with options including ristretto, espresso, macchiato, cappuccino and caffe latte.
