Chef Kunwal, who is behind the acclaimed Moreish by K brand, is celebrated for offering exceptional dining experiences at the region’s most sought-after supper club. In addition to her innovative approach, she has established Dubai’s first zero-waste kitchen and curates a prestigious line of gold honey sourced directly from UAE honey farmers, exemplifying her commitment to sustainability. From her humble beginnings hosting supper clubs since 2020, Chef Kunwal has become a well-known name, earning the title of the “flavour queen” of Dubai. Her business has grown to offer a wide range of services, in addition to pioneering sustainability by becoming the first zero-waste kitchen in Dubai. During her residency, Chef Kunwal will craft a series of exquisite meals over three nights, each featuring a distinct and indulgent 5-course menu. Diners can savour an array of appetisers, such as Pani Puri Ceviche, Oysters with Lemongrass & Berry Chimichurri, and Smoked & Fried Feta with Smoked Spicy Honey, complemented by a wide variety of side dishes, including Pickled Prawn Samosa with Dill & Mint Chutney and Grilled flatbread stuffed with rose and cinnamon keema.

 

The main course presents an eclectic mix of dishes that showcase the flavours of the Middle East and pay homage to the culinary traditions of the Gulf region. Guests can feast on mouthwatering creations including Lamb Shank Slow Cooked Stew with Ghee Croutons, Herbed Stuffed Fish on herbed Polenta, and K’s Special Lamb Ouzi with toasted nuts.
