Dubai, UAE-Fi’lia at SLS Dubai presents the White Truffle Festival, for a limited time culinary celebration of one of the world’s most prized ingredients. Launched on 25th November, the exclusive menu for the festival by Chef Célia will showcase the exquisite flavour of white truffles across three carefully crafted dishes.

Guests can begin with the starter, Uovo in Camicia, featuring a poached egg with potato fondant, chicken jus, wild mushrooms, scarmoza fonduta and white truffle. The handmade Tagliolini is a standout with its truffle butter sauce, while the Filetto di Manzo, a roasted beef tenderloin with parsnip purée, chestnuts, fried potato balls, marsala sauce and white truffle, offers a hearty main course. For the ultimate indulgence, white truffle shavings are available as an add-on.
