The venue features two levels: upstairs, the Euphoria Lounge and Bar with a balcony overlooking the surfing action, and the Elysium Private Room for intimate, exclusive service. The outdoor area features the chic Iris Cabana, serene Oasis Loungers and the luxe Apollo Bar adjacent to the pool. At the Ilios bar, Greek mythology meets modern mixology. Enjoy cocktails and mocktails inspired by legendary heroes and gods. Each serve offers a taste of ancient Greece, turning every visit into a journey of myth and flavour. The restaurant is a haven for epicureans, featuring a daily display of fresh catches for guests to choose from and various cooking methods. Executive Chef Denis Placereani’s menu is a rich tapestry of modern Greek-Mediterranean flavours, enhanced with a touch of Japanese finesse.
Begin your culinary journey with a half dozen *Oysters, Beluga Caviar, Rainbow Maki Rolls, or Sashimi and Nigiri. Enjoy hot and cold starters; Lavraki (marinated seabass, kumquat, red chili, bottarga), Trilogy of Tartare (sea bream, tuna, mazara prawns, yuzu, vinaigrette), Burrata (courgette, figs, walnuts), and the impressive sharing Plateau Royal (langoustine, carabineros, Sicilian prawns, sea urchin, oysters, scallops, tuna).
