From Mayfair, London, to the sky-high views of DIFC, Dubai, Il Gattopardo’s new Business Lunch offers a curated three-course experience. The menu features one course each from Antipasti, Secondi and Pasticceria, bringing timeless Italian flavors to life whilst guests enjoy uninterrupted views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s glittering skyline.
Showcasing the very best of Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli’s classic Italian menu, guests can savour options like the refreshing Caprese with mozzarella di bufala, or the delicate Spigola Battuta, a sea bass tartare. For the main course, highlights include the rich Ravioli with ricotta and spinach or the flavourful Pollo Olive, pan-roasted spring chicken with Taggiasca olives. To finish, indulge in decadent desserts such as Affo-Gatto with hazelnut praline or marinated seasonal fresh fruits with citrus sorbet.
Bringing Italian sophistication to Dubai, Il Gattopardo offers guests a selection of crafted cocktails including a bespoke Negroni menu and signature drinks inspired by the La Dolce Vita era, perfectly complementing a lunchtime escape.
