The Michelin Guide restaurant’s award-winning menu has welcomed 7 new dishes to make the most of this season

As Dubai residents embrace the beloved beach season, Ibn AlBahr is making waves with a culinary update. To welcome the change in weather, the Michelin Guide restaurant has reeled in 7 new dishes, spotlighting the finest of in-season seafood. With the drop in temperature, Ibn AlBahr is also offering the option of alfresco dining through its newly opened terrace that dots the quaint shoreline of Palm Jumeirah. As a restaurant nestled in the heart of Club Vista Mare, Ibn AlBahr is set to be the ideal escape for savouring the refreshing weather in a picturesque setting. With their newly curated dishes, starting at just AED 28, guests can choose to relish this all-new dining experience any day of the week.

The new range features a variety of creations, including the refreshing Thyme Salad for AED 34, which can be elevated with grilled fish for an additional AED 12. Seafood lovers can also indulge in their Shrimp Osmaliyeh for AED 72 starring a delicately cooked shrimp, paired with sweet bell peppers and coriander pesto sauce. For those seeking bold flavours, the Shrimp with Garlic and Chilli priced at AED 85 is sure to please. Complementing the variety is a new cooking method – Ibn AlBahr’s Lemon Caper Style, that adds a zesty twist to their fresh seafood options for just AED 70. Guests can also experience the subtle flavours of the ocean with Sea Urchins, starting at only AED 32 per piece. Other creations include the charcoal-baked Ibn AlBahr Potato for AED 32 and the nutty Artichoke for AED 28, that make for great sides. To round off the range, Ibn AlBahr has fused the flavours of baked kibbeh with the daily catch to craft the Baked Kibbet Samak – a warm hug of flavours crafted especially for Dubai’s food enthusiasts, for just AED 48.

Ibn AlBahr’s contemporary twist on the golden era of Lebanon brings the nostalgic flavours of the region to the residents of Dubai. As the beach season gains momentum and terrace dining takes centre stage, the new menu items at Ibn AlBahr are bound to surf through Dubai’s culinary scene.
