Edgy pan-Asian kitchen and bar reveals all-new menu with innovative takes on classics, such as Bao, Salmon Tataki, Wagyu Dumplings, and Shaking Beef
Dubai-: LAH LAH, the edgy pan-Asian restaurant in the heart of The Greens, has rolled out a revamped menu that promises diners a fresh and pioneering gastronomical experience. The ever-popular dining spot’s carefully crafted menu will please even the most discerning diners’ palates with its extensive and diverse options.
Foodies can expect an explosion of flavours as the experienced chefs give traditional dishes a modern spin. And with the climate now perfect for outdoor dining, guests can enjoy their favourite dishes at the expansive outdoor terrace while enjoying subtle beats from resident DJs and views across the entire neighbourhood.
Available now, the new menu features an impressive selection of appetisers boasting an array of bao buns, including Korean spicy chicken and roasted duck; skewers of chicken satay and prawns; and baskets of dumplings including Seafood Curry, Lobster & Scallops, and Wagyu Beef; salads and summer rolls; hot appetizers such as Duck Gyoza and Wasabi Prawns, as well as a plethora of tataki and futomaki.
From the main courses, the highlight picks include Shaking Beef, Ginger Lotus Seabass, Grilled Salmon Teriyaki, and Sweet Chilli Tiger Prawns, and an array of rice and noodle dishes. Vegan diners can meanwhile revel in a wide selection of succulent options, including Braised Eggplant Tofu, Kung Pao Tofu, and Vegan Dumplings.
For those who enjoy communal dining, LAH LAH also now offers a host of sharing platters, including a Grilled Platter (two pieces of lamb rack, wagyu beef, king prawn, and cornfed chicken); “All That and Dim Sum” (two pieces each of dumplings including Vegan, Chicken Sui Mai, Prawn Har Gow, Seafood Curry, Lobster & Scallops, and Wagyu Beef); a Sashimi Platter (options up to 16 pieces, with a selection of salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and scallops), and a Sushi Tasting Platter (options of up to 36 pieces of Salmon Roll, Tuna Volcano Roll, Dragon Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Tuna Nigiri, Ebi Nigiri, Salmon Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi, or Yellowtail Sashimi).
For the final course, diners can now select from a range of delicious desserts including new additions such as Fruit Spring Rolls, Deep-Fried Ice Cream, and Classic Mango Sticky Rice, as well as many more.
Pan-Asian inspired beverages can also be enjoyed alongside the diverse menu, including Roku Cha with ginger and vanilla notes; Tokyo Neon which has Pandan, turmeric and coconut flavourings; and Kampai which features a miso & caramel taste.
LAH LAH is open daily until 12am, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 2am.
