Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Hoof, the home-grown cafe announces its collaboration with the renowned Emirati Chef, Aysha AlObeidli. Together, Hoof Cafe and the youngest Emirati female chef will create and serve a special dessert to commemorate the UAE National Day from November 30th to December 2nd at participating Hoof Cafes at Dubai Mall, Misk, Muweillah and Grove Village, Ras Al Khaimah.

Hoof Cafe, founded by three Emirati friends who share a passion for horses, show jumping and specialty-coffee, support Chef Aysha’s ambitions carving a niche for herself in the culinary world. With a flair for the flavor of Emirati cuisines, the 15 year old chef has curated an exclusive dessert, Passion Fruit and Saffron Panna Cotta is made with the spice ingredient commonly added in a traditional Emirati dessert.

At a tender age, Chef Aysha showcases the richness of Emirati cuisine intertwined with innovative culinary arts. Born with a penchant for cooking, Aysha’s journey into the culinary realm kick-started when she was crowned KidZania Dubai’s 2018 Minichef at just nine years old. Her ventures continued, having paired up with M&S Café to introduce her native cuisine to a broader audience, crafting innovative fusion dishes that echo the traditional flavors of her homeland while embracing modern culinary techniques .

Chef Aysha will host the launch of the dessert at the Dubai Mall branch on November 29th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Guests can expect a detailed insight into her culinary journey, passion, and her collaboration with Hoof and the dessert will be available from November 30th to December 2nd at all participating Hoof Cafes.
