These special evenings will take place every night from 6:30 to 10:30 pm, promising diners a warm hospitality and a memorable culinary experience.
Mowsem provides a culinary odyssey every evening of the week, blending worldly experience from Executive Chef Christian Pedersen’s with a diverse range of international cuisines for both hotel guests and residents alike.
Every Monday, journey through the best of Asia with an exclusive buffet featuring a diverse selection of appetizers, noodles, dumplings, stir fry dishes and more made with authentic ingredients as part of this flavourful expedition.
On Wednesdays, savour the rich flavours of an Arabic buffet featuring Emirati specialties such as locally sourced whole lamb cooked in aromatic spices and rice. Lebanese Sayadieh, a whole fish with rice, is a true family affair dish that brings everyone together.
Fridays will transport diners to Italy with an exquisite Italian and Mediterranean buffet. Indulge in the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Risotto, prepared in a Parmesan wheel, while the Caprese station offers traditional starters with locally sourced tomatoes and cheese made locally.
On Saturdays, immerse yourself in a delightful celebration of the sea with a sumptuous Seafood buffet. Enjoy locally farmed gourmet oysters from Dibba Bay, a cold seafood bar, and other seafood dishes. All four experiences are priced at just AED 225 per person.
