Available from 1st to 10th October 2024, the menu blends tradition with opulence, offering a luxurious dining experience that delights the senses. 
 For those seeking dishes that exude luxury, command attention with their indulgent ingredients, or invite good fortune as the year draws to a close, the new Golden Week menu at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to be the must-visit dining experience this October. Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted, offering not only a celebration of Chinese culture but also an opportunity to indulge in a feast that radiates prosperity and elegance. 
The menu includes standout creations such as lobster pumpkin soup with enoki mushroom and fermented yellow chilli. Lobster symbolises good fortune, while pumpkin, with its golden hue, signifies prosperity and abundance, and in some Chinese provinces, it represents gold itself. Another highlight is the wok-seared Wagyu beef ribeye with Jerusalem artichoke and Kam Heong sauce, a luxurious dish reflecting wealth and status. Golden mala dumplings with lamb loin and chilli crisp further elevate the experience, with dumplings symbolising prosperity. 
 To finish, the Golden Lotus dessert offers a decadent indulgence, combining vanilla genoise cake with pumpkin cream, lotus cookie, mandarin gel, Chinese five spice simple syrup, mandarin sorbet base, and white chocolate whipped ganache, all adorned with flecks of gold leaf for a truly luxurious touch. 
For the perfect pairing, the Golden Bees cocktail reflects the symbolic nature of bees. Featuring Cointreau, Chinese spice, yuzu, orange blossom honey, and garnished with gold honeycomb, this cocktail captures the essence of Golden Week with its rich, layered flavours.
