The recently relaunched restaurant redefines luxury fine dining, seamlessly blending opulence into every aspect of the experience. Patrons can indulge in an atmosphere of pure elegance, where meticulous attention to detail is evident in the exquisite decor and attentive service. HONG harmoniously fuses contemporary and traditional Chinese-style cuisine, showcasing the chef’s artistry in a menu that tantalizes the palate. The luxury setting, characterized by dim lighting, plush furnishings, and tasteful decor, enhances the overall ambiance, creating a haven for patrons.

Renowned for its bold flavors and impeccable service, HONG takes a more nuanced approach with its culinary masterpieces such as Sichuan Style Kou Shui Chicken paired with bamboo shoots and topped with sesame. Among the menu’s standout offerings is The Wok-fried Lobster and Steamed Sea Bass skillfully marinated using subtle soya sauce and seasoning. Equally captivating, the Yu Xiang Eggplant features layers of fresh onions, peppers, and chili beans that contribute to a well-balanced and refined flavor profile. Joining the newly re-launched restaurant is Chef Wang, an accomplished Head Chef who is a dynamic veteran of Chinese cuisine hailing from Henan Province. Bringing a wealth of experience from his time at the Michelin-Star HUTONG in Dubai, Chef Wang is well-versed in Cantonese, Szechuan, and Hunan style cuisines. The menu, curated under his expertise, caters to a diverse palate, seamlessly intertwining traditional roots with a contemporary flair of flavors.

With seating for 50 diners, HONG aims to offer a contemporary take on traditional Chinese cuisine. The restaurant interiors are adorned with elegant decor accented by rich reds and silk paintings as traditional Chinese calligraphy complements the refined ambiance. Restaurant Manager, Kathy Chen, joins from the Ritz Carlton, China, and brings with her almost a generation of experience. Coming from the famous city of XIAN where hospitality has been handed down for generations the team  embraces guests with regal hospitality.
