The revamped Sipz and Glam evening also brings a deliciously new curated menu to the table. Priced between AED 40 to AED 155 the Japanese-inspired delights include a variety of appetizing Sushi bites. Indulge in the Akami Dynamite Uramaki, featuring spicy tuna with Japanese Sabayon, or the Explosion Tempura Uramaki, boasting tempura prawn with Yuzu Cucumber and signature spicy Mayo sauce. The menu also offers highlights such as the Kani California Roll, a beautiful combination of crab, avocado, cucumber, and Tobiko, and the Wagyu Beef Tataki, showcasing torched A9 Wagyu with Jalapeno, Truffle Mayo, and Ponzu.
