Chef Gabriela Chamorro is hosting a limited-edition series of Ramadan-inspired supper club experiences

Chef Gabriela Chamorro of ‘Girl and the Goose’ is set to introduce a special supper club experience, designed to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. With an inclusive menu inspired by the diverse food scene of Dubai, the Nicaraguan Chef is bringing her humble interpretation of Central American flavours to a city that is her home away from home. Chef Gabriela has curated a menu that wholeheartedly embraces the UAE, infusing the rich mosaic of flavours and traditions she has encountered along her journey. From hydrating beverages infused with traditional ingredients to heartwarming dishes that are reminiscent of Middle Eastern classics, each creation is a heartfelt homage to the cultural exchanges that have enriched her life in the region. Sharing this love during the holy month, limited supper club experiences, priced at AED 375 per person, are now available to book for April 4th, 5th, and 6th.

With a menu that combines Central American dishes with Ramadan-inspired flavours, Chef Gabriela is offering an immersive experience for one’s wholesome Iftar. Guests can expect to be welcomed with a refreshing Orchata Rice Water, a creation delicately prepared with cinnamon and lime to provide a revitalizing start to the evening. The journey continues with a hearty Creamy Squash Soup, adorned with toasted pumpkin seeds and caramelized dates for a warm embrace to the palate. Wanting local flavours to take center stage, Chef Gabriela has also created the Heirloom Tomato Salad, featuring locally sourced tomatoes, persimmons, and aromatic herbs. As the evening unfolds, guests will be treated to a range of savoury specials such as the Pulled Achiote Chicken Pastelito, the delicate Scallop Ceviche, and the Prawns Guiso with Yuca Gnocchi. A sweet conclusion awaits with the Rosewater and Pistachio Tres Leches Cake, crafted with beloved seasonal ingredients. As the evening draws to a close, guests are invited to savour the final moments of their Iftar with a choice of Nicaraguan coffee or a refreshing Lemongrass Infusion, both crafted to soothe the stomach and aid digestion.

At this unique and culturally inspired supper club experience, where every bite is a celebration of her second home, Chef Gabriela’s Ramadan menu promises to bridge the gap between cultures. Guests are invited to embrace the season of togetherness and warmth of diverse traditions at the acclaimed Girl and the Goose underground dining experience during Ramadan.
