SOHO Hospitality Introduces a New Dining Concept

Dubai, U.A.E.– Are you a lover of art and premium cuisine? A new venue that will be recognized for its formidable gastronomic reputation and prestigious art collection is opening next month at The Club at Palm West Beach.

Named Gallery 7/40, the concept is being introduced by SOHO Family Hospitality, an international hospitality holding and will feature the finest European and Japanese cuisine, an imaginative beverage selection and a diverse collection of artworks from esteemed artists around the world.

“Our project GALLERY 7/40 is where sculpture, photography, and painting fuse with the culinary arts. Drawing inspiration from Catalan modernist architect Antoni Gaudi and contemporary Italian designers, the interior design of Gallery 7/40 will be an evolving showcase of art in every form,” explains Dmitry Braude, Owner.

Gallery 7/40 aims to be unique from the other dining concepts at The Club Palm West Beach by delivering a bespoke culinary experience and featuring a revolving art exhibition showcasing International and local artists’ works throughout the venue.

Braude adds, “The colorful, playful, artistic approach to the décor, plating, glassware and team uniforms will be a unique experience unlike any other on Palm Jumeirah.”

The focal point of Gallery 7/40 is the art pieces dotted throughout the venue. Guests can experience classic French, Italian and Japanese cuisines while admiring the remarkable art collection.

In addition, Gallery 7/40 will offer an abundance of local seafood on a magnificent ice display caught daily by local fishermen.

The innovative menu will combine European and Japanese cuisines presented in a simple yet playful style, pairing perfectly with the colorful ambiance of the venue and surrounding scenery of Palm West Beach.

The interior is inspired by Catalan modernist architect Antoni Gaudi, featuring custom mosaic tile flooring, Murano glass chandeliers in vibrant shades of blue, green and gold, and organic shapes and textures.

“We will introduce a venue dedicated to artistic expression via exhibitions and collaborations with artists. We have planned a vibrant line-up of activations that will attract art lovers and guests who like to mingle with friends in classy environments,” says Braude.

Open daily from 11:00 am till late, Gallery 7/40 will have a seating capacity of 300 with indoor and outdoor spaces, pool, and beach. Follow their Instagram at @gallery7.40 and Facebook at Gallery 7/40 Dubai for more updates.
