Maison Boucheron marked its arrival in America and the opening of its first New York City boutique, with a New York Fashion Week party on 10th September at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. The evening unveiled the immersive experience, “From Paris to New York: A Cutting-Edge Journey Since 1858,” a multi-day installation that showcases the Maison’s 166-year history and its key pillars: Couture, Innovation, Style and French art-de-vivre.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Colman Domingo, Hailee Steinfeld, Cole Sprouse & Ari Fournier, brand ambassadors MINA and Alexa Chung, and the face of the Maison Anja Rubik, joined for the celebration wearing creations from Boucheron. The milestone occasion also included a special performance by Grammy award-winning artist Leon Bridges and music from DJ Philou.
Gwyneth Paltrow wore the Quatre Radiant Edition tie-necklace, set with princess-cut, baguette-cut and round diamonds, on white gold, as well as the Moon White double rings from the Histoire de Style, Like a Queen High Jewelry collection, set with mother-of-pearl, paved with diamonds, on white gold.
Colman Domingo wore the Fuzzy, the Leopard Cat necklace, stud earrings and ring, set with champagne diamonds, white diamonds and emeralds on pink gold.
