Riyadh : The King Salman International Conference Center in Madinah is set to host the third edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum from March 30 to April 1. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Guests of God Service Program, the forum serves as a premier platform dedicated to advancing services for pilgrims, drawing decision-makers, experts, and investors from across the globe.
Holding the event in Madinah highlights the city’s significance as a central destination in the pilgrim’s journey. Over three days, more than 160 speakers and 150 exhibitors will convene, with the forum expected to attract over 40,000 visitors, including specialists and stakeholders in the Umrah and visit sector.
This edition brings together a diverse group of participants—from technology innovators and hospitality leaders to service providers and investors—to explore the latest trends shaping the pilgrim experience. Through panel discussions and specialized workshops, the forum will address topics such as digital transformation in Umrah services, crowd management, logistics, and global best practices in hospitality.
A key feature of the event is its accompanying exhibition, where local and international companies will showcase cutting-edge solutions and services designed to enhance the quality of care for pilgrims and visitors.
Building on the success of its previous two editions, the forum aims to foster collaboration across government entities, the private sector, and non-profit organizations. More than 5,000 agreements are expected to be signed, strengthening integration within the sector and opening new avenues for investment and technology partnerships.
The Umrah and Visit Forum reflects the Kingdom’s commitment, under Saudi Vision 2030, to enriching the pilgrim’s journey. By driving innovation and establishing advanced standards of excellence, the event reinforces the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for managing and developing the pilgrim experience.
