With the introduction of Time to Think and flyadeal Connections, flyadeal is delivering more than just low fares by offering customers greater choice, flexibility and peace of mind.
Take Your Time, Travel with Confidence
The airline has launched Time to Think (TTT), allowing customers to cancel their booking within 24 hours at no charge and receive a full refund to their original form of payment for all bookings made on the flyadeal website or app, provided travel is at least seven days away. This feature gives customers greater peace of mind when making travel plans, allowing them extra time to finalise arrangements while retaining the flexibility to cancel within the 24-hour period.
More Connections, More Possibilities
flyadeal Connections is a seamless connecting-flight offering designed to provide customers with more flight and routing options while making connecting journeys simpler and more convenient. Customers can now access connecting flight options across both domestic and international travel, opening up more convenient ways to travel across flyadeal’s growing network. The proposition combines competitive fares, a single through-ticket, and hassle-free connection times and processes, creating a smoother travel experience.

Customers booking through our website or app can now cancel within 24 hours and receive a full refund to their original form of payment, provided travel is at least seven days away. At the same time, flyadeal Connections significantly expands travel options across our network. We have increased the number of routes available to customers from 58 city pairs to 236, creating 178 additional route options through convenient one-stop connections, both domestic and international, via our hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madinah. Passengers in Hyderabad or Islamabad, for example, can now connect seamlessly through Riyadh to Jeddah, Madinah, Abha, Dammam, and more, with their bags checked through all the way to the final destination.
