Carefully crafted to highlight the best of UAE’s homegrown ingredients, the bowl features the creamy richness of Aged Camel Cheese, paired with a vibrant mix of Kale, Rocket and Baby Spinach. Smoky Charred Halloumi brings a savoury smokey contrast, while juicy Marinated Tomatoes and crisp Cucumbers provide a refreshing finish. A tangy dressing crafted with golden Hatta Honey ties all the elements together, infusing each bite with a subtle, natural sweetness that highlights the bowl’s vibrant flavours.
The ingredients in the bowl are sourced from Balade Farms, Healthy Farm Eatery, Hatta Honey, Veggi Farms, Aldahra Farms, High Grow, Green Fields Farms, Souk Mandat, and Bayara Farms.
