The talented chefs come together for two nights only for a special dining experience

Dubai, UAE-: Fi’lia, the Michelin select restaurant renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, proudly announces a special collaboration with Social Dubai, the contemporary Italian dining destination at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. This exclusive Four Hands Gastronomic Affair will see Fi’lia’s talented Chef Célia Stoecklin join forces with Chef Carmine Faravolo of Social Dubai for two unforgettable nights on 8th and 9th November.

This two-night event promises an extraordinary dining experience, where guests will indulge in a meticulously crafted seven course menu. The dishes will reflect a fusion of Chef Célia’s Mediterranean-inspired culinary philosophy and Chef Carmine’s contemporary take on Italian cuisine.

Each evening will take diners on a culinary journey, featuring signature and unexpected creations from Chef Célia such as Oven-Baked Black Cod with Rice-Stuffed Baby Capsicum, Peperonata and Pepper Coulis as well as Bocconcini Mozzarella, Rock Melon and Green Gazpacho. Chef Carmine’s creations include his 63-degree Truffle Egg with Porcini Mushroom, Potato, White Truffle and Crunchy Shallots, the delightful Milk-fed Veal Loin with Browned Cauliflower, Black Cabbage and Grapefruit Jelly and a Linguine al Gambero Rosso with Orange Bisque, Citrus Crumble and Pepperoncino Crusco.

Carmine Faravolo’s passion for cooking was ignited by his grandmother, Nonna Maria. With over a decade of experience working across prestigious international hotels and restaurants, Carmine’s expertise has garnered widespread recognition. Social Dubai was awarded 1 toque by Gault&Millau in both 2023 and 2024, maintaining its status as a fine dining leader in Dubai. Recently, Carmine was named Highly Commended Head Chef of the Year – Hotel-Managed Restaurant at the Caterer Middle East Awards 2024, further solidifying his standing in the culinary world.

At Fi’lia, Chef Célia embodies the restaurant’s ethos of female empowerment , infusing her dishes with the authenticity and warmth she gathered from her travels across Italy. Through her creations, guests can expect a reflection of her journey and a deep connection to the flavours and traditions that define Italian cuisine.

The collaboration between Chef Célia Stoecklin and Chef Carmine Faravolo will take place on Friday, 8th November and Saturday, 9th November from 6:30pm – 10pm. The menu is priced at AED 650 per person or AED 950 per person with wine pairing. Seating is limited and early reservations are highly recommended.
