Dubai : They say no one does romance better than the French and Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is ready to prove this is true with its indulgent, one-night-only dining experience inspired by French culinary artistry. On Saturday 14th February, guests are welcomed into the romantic riverside setting of the acclaimed restaurant from the culinary genius minds of the legendary Chef Patron Pierre Gagnaire in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine, Chef Mathieu Balbino.
Designed especially for the occasion, the exclusive Valentine’s Day four-course menu showcases a meticulously curated journey through premium ingredients and classic French technique. The experience begins with an array of starters including a delicate tartar of saku tuna, nori seaweed tartlet, a luxurious duck foie gras velouté spiced with green curry and yellow mango and a decadent melanosporum black truffle toast with fleur de sel.
Next on the menu is a beautifully presented blue lobster Terre de Sienne, accompanied by fricassée-simmered endives and sweet onions, clementine segments and preserved leek marin, complemented by a traditional lobster bisque served in a cup. For the main course, guests will enjoy a heart of Wagyu beef fillet, grade 9, paired with green asparagus tips coated in truffled butter, finished with a rich beef broth featuring Utah Beach oyster, salsify and Japanese tapioca pearls.
Couples will end the meal on a sweet note with the Lovers’ Dessert, a Blossom Flower creation featuring a green tea heart and raspberry cristal de vent, designed to be shared and savoured together. Adding to the romantic ambience, a live cellist will perform throughout the evening, creating a warm and intimate soundtrack to the celebration.
The Valentine’s Day experience is available on 14 February 2026 from 6:30pm to 11:00pm, priced at AED 650 per person. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional AED 550 per person.
