Dubai, United Arab Emirates-: F.R.N.D.S Grand Café invites guests to a fabulous gastronomic experience, set to take place this Saturday, 9th December. With a stroke of luck, the 160kg bluefin tuna has been caught off the coast of Gibraltar, packed in ice, and transported directly via air to the marble counters of F.R.N.D.S Grand Café.
At the grand spectacle, diners will have the chance to witness the Japanese Executive Chef showcase his skilled blade work – a craft that takes many years of practice and chosen by masters of the art – in order to cut the tuna into delectable dishes. The taste and texture of the freshly (not defrosted) caught tuna will exceed expectations and melt in the mouths of discerning diners.
Following an impressive cutting show, F.R.N.D.S Grand Café’s Japanese and French Executive Chefs will showcase their expertise in preparing tuna dishes using both Japanese and Mediterranean techniques. Diners will have the option of indulging in Sashimi, Nigiri, Tartars, and Steaks, all at friendly prices.
