A Carefully Curated Menu for A Night to Remember
Dubai, UAE– The colour red is always associated with Valentine’s Day across the globe but at One1 Dubai, the recently-opened dinner show restaurant and lounge at V Hotel Dubai in Habtoor City guests are invited to experience the “7 Shades of Love” to celebrate the romantic occasion.
A delectable 7-course dinner featuring a carefully-selected menu by Chef Mehmet Koca awaits couples on 14 February, from 8pm to 12 am for 1,500AED for two. Be entertained by a tantalizing dinner show experience featuring live performances in an opulent setting with special surprises throughout the evening.
The sensual meal begins with the Shade of Gold featuring an edible infused butter candle, coated with gold dust with freshly baked bread. The Shade of Green features basil feta mousse, green tomatoes, and fresh and pickled greens while the Shade of Purple features beetroot and potato gnocchi, beetroot cream, and purple dust.
The Shade of White is about butter-poached wild seabass, white truffle risotto, vin jaune, and white rose petals while the Shade of Orange will surely tickle the palate with the homemade mango sorbet and mandarin granita in a candied mandarin shell. Comes the Shade of Black which is Bourguignon style wagyu short rib, black carrot, black potato mousseline, kalamata olive dust, and black truffle.
The Shade of Red which will complete the meal is the sweet spiced cherry dome, chocolate mousse, chocolate crumble, and red rose petal.
A bottle of bubbly comes with the package for the couples to share.
