The vibrant menu begins with Soup au Pistou, followed by a choice of starter. Among the options are Crispy Eggplant Roulade, featuring herbed goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, complemented with a tangy basil pesto. Alternatively, savour the Moules Marinières, where perfectly steamed mussels bathed in a fragrant herb and garlic broth are served atop linguini pasta.

For the main course, guests can relish the classic Bouillabaisse, a traditional French fisherman’s stew brimming with saffron notes, served with homemade crusty bread. The Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Herbs de Provence offers a delightful experience with succulent sea bass infused with aromatic herbs, complemented by grilled broccolini and heirloom cherry tomatoes. Vegetarians can indulge in the Ratatouille Provençale, a harmonious blend of herbs and vegetables, slow-cooked to perfection.

Completing the sumptuous experience, guests can enjoy heavenly desserts for 45 AED each. Choose from Gateau à L’Orange et aux Amandes, enriched with zesty oranges, and Lavender Crème Brûlée, a luscious and creamy custard infused with lavender essence, offering a delicate, fragrant conclusion to the meal.
