Throughout Ramadan, enjoy a rotation of three menus, each offering an array of dishes designed to delight the palate. Starters will showcase a variety of delicious Hot Mezze options including Meat Kibbeh, Spinach Fatayer, Sambousek, Cheese Rokakat, Zaatar and Cheese Manakish. For the main course, guests breaking their fast can enjoy rich flavours with well-known dishes such as Arabic Mixed Grill (that includes Shish Taouk, Lahem Mishewi, Kofta Kebab, Arayes, Mixed Pickles, Biwaz) and Chicken Moussakan (served with caramelised onions and sumac on freshly baked Saj Bread). Complete the meal with decadent desserts like Orange Blossom Panna Cotta (infused with mandarin extract and elegantly finished with cream) or Umm Ali (served with Milk, Rosewater, Puff Pastry), ensuring a dining experience that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
