Dubai : Third Avenue, the contemporary dining destination located in Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue, partners with award-winning Emirati Chef Ali Yazdi to present an exclusive, limited-edition menu, available from 15th January to 15th February 2026.
Conceived as a creative exchange, the collaboration pairs Third Avenue’s modern Mediterranean cuisine, shaped by global influences, with Chef Ali Yazdi’s refined culinary signature. Founder of the casual gourmet concept FOWLI, Chef Ali Yazdi is known for elevating international and street-led flavours through premium produce, confident technique, and a strong focus on meat, bringing a layered, contemporary sensibility to the menu.
His approach balances boldness with restraint, transforming familiar formats into polished, expressive plates. The result is a one-month dining experience that feels considered, modern, and quietly elevated, offering a fresh perspective on global comfort through a refined lens.
Available for one month only, the collaborative menu presents a refined selection of co-created dishes, from the bold Spicy Miso Jang Ribs and Aged Beef Carpaccio with truffle and yuzu, to Sour Wagyu Skewers marinated in Persian pomegranate molasses.
The experience centres around the Signature AY Shank, an eight-hour slow-confited lamb shank served with aromatic Japanese rice, before concluding with a contemporary finish in the Sesame Toast, featuring whipped Emirati chami cheese, black lime and Liwa date caramel.
To inaugurate the collaboration, Third Avenue will host an exclusive launch event on 15th January, welcoming select media and influencers for a first tasting of the menu. More than a menu, the collaboration reflects a shared culinary vision and a dialogue rooted in creativity and local talent.
