Riyadh, KSA-: Emirates celebrated the Holy month of Ramadan with a special sohour event hosted by Jabr Al-Azeeby, the airline’s Vice President for Saudi Arabia, where he discussed Emirates’ operational updates in the market, in addition to the latest trends that have shaped the travel and tourism industry. The event was held at the Four Seasons hotel in Riyadh.

“Emirates has been serving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for three decades, supporting the local travel industry, in addition to making significant contributions to the economic ties between the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We’re committed to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by helping to grow the Kingdom’s aviation sector and stimulating robust traffic growth, increasing connectivity and deepening its global footprint. We’re pleased to host distinguished members of the press and influencer community on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, to share our latest business updates and provide valuable insight into the fast-changing dynamics of the travel industry” commented Jabr Al-Azeeby.

Emirates has been facilitating tourism and trade in the Kingdom since 1989, developing its services along with Riyadh to Jeddah, Medina, Dammam and today serves the four gateways with 65 weekly flights. The airline has also carried close to 26 million passengers to and from the Kingdom, connecting travellers to destinations across its network including to popular destinations for Saudi travellers such as Dubai, London, Paris, the Far East, United States, as well as Indian Ocean Islands like the Maldives, Mauritius and Seychelles.
