Recreating the atmosphere of the most beautiful Alpine refuges, the Hüttli pop-up restaurant at Hôtel Ermitage offers a selection of röstis, traditional onion soup, and local Chablais specialities. Guests can even enjoy the best fondues in one of the outdoor gondolas! The Hüttli is open from November 16th to March 8th, 2026. Reservation is required for the gondolas (tables of 4).
A New Year just for the little ones:
For New Year’s Eve, the Kid’s Resort is hosting a special party for children aged 4 to 17. A festive buffet, games, and dancing create an unforgettable atmosphere to celebrate the New Year. The party takes place on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Reservation is required, at €90 per child.
