The design of the 90 cover restaurant is a testament to this ethos, with every nook and cranny carefully curated to evoke a sense of wonder and exploration. Each level of HOYA is a chapter waiting to be discovered. On the ground floor, diners will have the unique opportunity to indulge in delectable dishes while perusing a vast library of carefully curated books, creating an atmosphere that nourishes both the body and the soul. Patrons are allowed to check out books, an initiative aimed at fostering a sense of community and intellectual curiosity.
Enter HOYA’s clandestine haven, concealed beyond a discreet bookshelf, and discover an enchanting garden showcasing a picturesque pond. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking calls, contributing to the preservation of the tranquil ambiance and encouraging a more sociable experience. Ascend to the mezzanine floor, where a charming plant shop (Plant Studio) awaits. Budding botanists can immerse themselves in a verdant world and purchase vibrant greenery, including their own HOYA plant – a living memento embodying the spirit of the restaurant. The shop will also serve as a creative hub, offering workshops for those with green fingers to delve hands-on into the art of horticulture.
The rooftop area, which will launch later in the year, will be designed for classes and private bookings, creating an optimal setting for gatherings beneath the open sky.
