ROKA just dropped an exclusive November Specials menu, especially for Riyadh’s culinary-focused community that’s available until the end of the month. Guests can try the King crab salad with sweetcorn and grilled Padron pepper dressing or the Fried Chicken and Scallops’ Dumplings with miso and honey smoked ponzu sauce.  The Chicken Karaage with black rice and tensuy mayonnaise is a dish famed for its balanced flavour profile of sweet and warm earthy tones.
