The event, which took place in Riyadh, was attended by over 1400 participants, and hosted 45 panels and 7 workshops across the three days.

He also presented to a group of investors on the topic of ‘Destination Tomorrow,’ which highlighted how innovative ideas can shape the future of hospitality, focusing on sustainability, technology, and cultural uniqueness.
During the sessions, Abaalkhail discussed the company’s aim to establish a world-class tourism ecosystem that promotes sustainable, social, and economic growth and encourages visitors to return to the Kingdom’s captivating natural beauty. He also discussed Dan Company’s focus on preserving the cultural, heritage, and natural beauty of the Kingdom’s rural areas and its commitment to maintaining authenticity and respecting local culture.
Abdulrahman Abaalkhail, CEO of Dan Company, said, “Dan Company has an important role to play in diversifying the economy and enhancing the contribution of city economies to Saudi GDP, in line with Vision 2030 goals. As a key player in the Kingdom’s tourism sector, we will enable local communities to diversify their economic activities and develop thriving businesses, working closely with key government and private sector partners to contribute to the growth of the tourism industry. Participation in events such as the Future Hospitality Summit allows us to connect with industry leaders and discuss how we can further increase our contribution to the sector.”
Dan Company will have a rich mix of assets and experiences that include luxury resorts, lodges, and farm stays. It will structure its business to cater to all visitors’ different tastes and requirements and include both daytime hospitality experiences and overnight stays. By shedding light on Saudi Arabia’s rich agricultural and natural diversity, the company will create exceptional experiences that strengthen the connection between people and nature through agritourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism.
The first resorts from Dan Company will be in Al-Ahsa, a significant agricultural region in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and UNESCO World Heritage site, which is home to Al-Ahsa Oasis – the largest date palm oasis in the world. With lush surroundings and homegrown farms at its doorstep, the 1.8 million square meter master development aims to create a premium farm-based tourism destination in the heart of Al-Ahsa, attracting visitors looking to connect with nature and enjoy diverse experiences.
