Dammam- Almajdouie Motors Company, the authorized distributor of the Changan brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the opening of its latest center in the Kingdom for Changan car services, specifically in Al Khalidiya, Dammam, extending over an area of 500. This is the 25th center of the after-sales service centers network, which covers all the Kingdom.
Opening this new center was announced in the presence of a high-level delegation from Changan International, led by Mr. Shao Feng, General Manager of Changan International, Mr. Yin Tong, Deputy General Manager of Changan International, Ms. Yang Yu, Director of Sales Department at Changan International, Mr. Gao Huling, Director of Product and Planning Department at Changan International and Mr. Siu Jinsheng, Director of After-sales Services Department at Changan International. As for Almajdouie Motors, Mr. Yousef bin Ali Almajdouie, Chairman of Almajdouie Holding Group, attended the event along with Ahmed Saud Abbasi, CEO of Almajdouie Motors, and Yasser Shaheen, Managing Director of Changan brand at Almajdouie Motors.
The new Changan center includes many maintenance facilities, including 18 cranes for vehicles mechanical maintenance services, in addition to a warehouse for original spare parts, a spacious vehicle-receiving yard, and administrative offices. This center is distinguished by its fast and innovative service from the moment the customer’s car arrives at the center’s gate until it enters the maintenance tracks in a modern way that saves a lot of time effort.
The new maintenance center is staffed by a well trained group of technicians, who had extensive training programs on the latest maintenance and repair methods, under the supervision of Changan engineers, to be able to provide high levels of service. The new center was also equipped with the latest devices and equipment used in various car maintenance works, ensuring the provision of top-notch services in line with the Company’s policy of providing premium services.
The opening of this huge center comes inline within the general framework of the Company’s strategy to expand the provision of after-sales services for Changan cars to include all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether by establishing its own centers or by appointing authorized distributors, in order to be as close as possible to its customers; the Changan car owners, to provide the required services as soon as possible. By the end of last year, the Company was able to open many integrated centers in many cities all over Saudi Arabia, which contributed to enhancing the after-sales services it provides to ensure the customer’s peace of mind and reassurance.
