Bringing the essence of Peruvian culture to life in spectacular style, the evening takes guests on a voyage through Peruvian glamour and history with the ‘Golden Inca Empire’.
Inspired by the ancient stories, music, colours and cuisine of Peru, guests are encouraged to toast the year ahead while COYA MUSIC presents beats from three DJs and a live percussionist.
Enhancing the experience even further, party goers will also be treated to amazing views of the Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve fireworks.
Keeping the vibe stylish and chic and reflecting the theme of the ‘Golden Inca Empire’, guests are encouraged to dress to impress in their most head-turning gold outfits and accessories.
The ‘Golden Inca Empire’ New Year’s Eve Party will take place on Saturday, December 31 from 7pm until 2am (kitchen closes at 12.30pm). No minimum spend applies to the first seating, while from 9pm onwards minimum spends per person of AED 800 for the brassa tables and ceviche counters, AED 1,000 in the main dining room and AED 2,000 for the VIP terrace apply. Reservations are mandatory and full pre-payment is required 10 days in advance.

COYA will be beginning the year with a bang with an afternoon of eclectic vibes, flavoursome Peruvian bites and expertly crafted cocktails, while the live percussionist and COYA MUSIC resident DJs keep the New Year celebrations pumping.
Keeping energy levels high throughout the afternoon, guests are invited to begin their feast with a superb selection of fresh salads, ceviches and maki rolls, plus tasty light bites such as the chef’s selection of grilled skewers, wagyu short rib bao buns, beef tartare and Chilean sea bass croquettes.
To continue, the specially curated main course menu features beef ribs, corn-fed baby chicken, Chilean sea bass rice pot, miso salmon and vegetarian quinoa with ricotta cheese and pumpkin.
