This year, Couqley’s exclusive festive tarts return to further enhance customers’ dining experience. Inspired by the single-serving Tarte de Tomates et Chèvre, the restaurant offers an 8-inch version priced at just AED 99. This tart features tangy artisanal goat cheese complemented by heirloom tomatoes and sweet caramelized onions, all nestled on a flaky puff pastry base. The second tart, a 10-inch sweet Tarte aux Noix priced at AED 249 represents the ultimate festive dessert. It boasts a delicate shortcrust pastry filled with layers of luscious caramel, velvety crème pâtissière, and candied walnuts infused with a hint of orange blossom.
Until the 7th of January, customers are invited to order Couqley’s traditional roasted turkey given a 48-hour notice.
