Escargot, meaning snail in French, has been a distinctive delicacy for centuries. Celebrating the quintessence of traditional French cuisine, Couqley is all set to host Dubai’s first-ever Escargot Festival. From the cobblestone streets of France to the vibrant locales of JLT and Downtown, customers are invited to experience the timeless allure of the ancient delicacy meticulously prepared in five new variations, alongside Couqley’s original recipe. From February 15th to March 15th, this festival is a unique ode to gourmet dining, celebrating the timeless tradition and elegance brought to life by Escargots gracing tables throughout history.

This distinctive delicacy has been a product of pure French gastronomic tradition since the 19th century, and Couqley’s Escargot Festival is here to keep that charm alive. With a variety of flavours to choose from, guests can indulge in the classic recipe, Escargots de Bourgogne, where tender snails are enveloped in a rich blend of garlic, shallots, and fragrant herbs. Drawing inspiration from Dubai’s vibrant diversity and promising customers a journey of culinary discovery, Couqley has also created five unique flavours that showcase the richness and sophistication of traditional French flavours. Those wanting to opt for something earthy can treat their palate with the innovative flavour of Miso Piment, or try the bold aroma of Roquefort and Shallot. Further elevating the delicacy, Couqley is also introducing an exciting new variant of Escargots made with Truffle Brie and Noix. A burst of Mediterranean flair is also being presented during the festival, with Couqley offering a vibrant blend of Sundried Tomato and Parmesan in addition to the flavour of Foie Gras and Pistachio.

Couqley customers are invited to step out of their comfort zone and experience the affluent taste of the ancient age of France. Designed as a daring culinary adventure, Couqley is offering a choice of 6 starting from AED 61, alongside an option for a larger portion of 12 pieces for a heartier meal starting from AED 119. For those who want a taste of all flavours, the award-winning restaurant is also serving a 24-piece Degustation Platter, which includes a selection of 4 pieces of each of the festival’s finest flavours priced at AED 249.

At Couqley, where French tradition beats at its very heart, the festival is more than just a celebration of a timeless product – it’s a reimagination of a delicacy that symbolises gourmet dining, infused with contemporary flavours.
