Gardens – The Palm Jumeirah – Chez Wam brings to life a contemporary experience that marries food,
music and community. A colloquial French term, meaning ‘At Mine’, Chez Wam is the lifelong passion
project of celebrated Chef Hadrien Villedieu, and championed by RIKAS Hospitality Group who together
have designed and conceptualised this restaurant.

Renowned for its chic and cool ambiance along with culinary excellence, Chez Wam has become a go-to
destination for gastronomic enthusiasts.

The much anticipated introduction of the weekend lunch service adds a new dimension to the Chez Wam
dining experience, available exclusively from 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests can now indulge in an array of delectable starters, including Prawn Spring Rolls, KF Caesar
Salad, Fried Squid, and the ever-popular Chez Wam staples: Wagyu Beef Tartare and Fried Camembert.
Each dish is meticulously crafted to reflect Chef Hadrien’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Eschewing fine-dining in favour of ‘fun-dining’ and maintaining the ‘Chez Wam Style’ for the main course,
guests can choose between sharing the lavish Veal Chop Milanese (pictured above) or savoring the
exquisite Seabass à la Plancha. These additions to the lunch menu showcase Chef Hadrien Villedieu’s
culinary expertise and dedication to providing a memorable dining experience.

To end on a sweet note, guests can opt between Chez Wam classics such as the Deconstructed Tarte au
Citron, or fresh new items such as the Red Fruits Pavlova.
