The Downtown Bakery launches a limited-time menu available throughout the holy month

From dusk until 11 PM, diners can embrace the flavours of traditional Ramadan fare, blended with the special techniques and signature plates of Ida. Serving a selection of hot and cold mezzeh’s, guests can anticipate the likes of Moutabal, Lentil Hummus, Ida’s Fatteh Bowls and Stuffed Vine Leaves. With a delicious range of special main courses, diners can indulge in the vibrant flavours of Molokhia – slow cooked chicken blended with Molokhia leaves, and onion, served with basmati rice and perfectly cooked Lamb Shanks & Orzo, amongst other scrumptious dishes. Ending Iftar or Suhoor on a sweet note, Ida offers guests staple Middle Eastern desserts Kunafa Kashta Cream and Umm Ali.
