The restaurant has continued this tradition with its delicious new menus inspired by Uzbek, Slavic, Arabic, and Mediterranean flavours, all created by Head Chef Sergei Suschenko. The menus are split into four options, allowing guests to choose from a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed alone or shared with a group.

Set 1 Uzbek Lunch:
- Starters: Achichuk Salad with fresh tomato, onion and herbs
- Soups: Uygur Lagman Noodle Soup
- Mains: Veal Cheburek (a bread dish filled with meat)
Set 2 Slavic Lunch:
- Starters: Classic Olivier Salad with potatoes, peas and eggs
- Soups: Cold Beetroot Soup that’s likened to borscht but served cold
- Mains: Breaded Chicken Cutlet
Set 3 Arabic Lunch:
- Starters: Hummus or Tabbouleh Salad
- Soups: Pumpkin Seafood Soup
- Mains: Half a Grilled Chicken
Set 4 Mediterranean Lunch:
- Starters: Saganaki Grilled Cheese
- Soups: Gazpacho Soup
- Mains: Octopus with Bulgur wheat
The new lunch menus are available from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, making them ideal for an early dinner or late lunch if you’ve had a busy day.
