This January, COYA Dubai is further championing the charm, elegance and allure of Latin American culture by hosting a lively themed party brunch inspired by the story of Lima, also known as the City of Kings.
Taking place on Saturday, January 21, the Anniversary of Lima edition of the brand’s popular Saturday Brunch will feature an explosion of regal dishes, enrapturing beats, and free-flowing beverages.
Starring the venue’s regular brunch menu of authentic, beautifully crafted Peruvian dishes and refreshing cocktails, joined by tunes from COYA MUSIC’s resident DJs and enthralling live entertainment, it promises to be filled with uplifting moments that are not to be missed.
With each dish served straight to the table, the Anniversary of Lima brunch starts with a superb selection of fresh salads, ceviches and maki rolls, plus tasty light bites such as the chef’s selection of anticuchos, wagyu short rib bao buns, beef tartare and Chilean sea bass croquettes.
Following on from the appetisers, guests will take their pick from a choice of delicious mains. Featuring some of COYA Dubai’s most popular signature dishes, the menu spans beef ribs, corn-fed baby chicken, Chilean sea bass rice pot, miso salmon, and vegetarian quinoa with ricotta cheese and pumpkin.
Of course, no Anniversary of Lima celebration is complete without some indulgent sweet desserts. The brunch ends on a high with an Instagrammable platter of freshly prepared orange and lime churros, creamy lime cheesecake, pina colada popsicles, decadent chocolates and many more unmissable treats.
The Anniversary of Lima Brunch will take place on Saturday, January 21 from 12.30pm to 4pm. Packages are priced per person, starting from AED 409 for non-alcoholic beverages, AED 609 for house beverages, and AED 779 for the premium package.
