For those committed to living a plant-based lifestyle or looking to embrace a new diet this month, homegrown vegan eatery, Planet Terra presents a bountiful, entirely animal-free menu this Veganuary with exclusive month-long offers for diners celebrating the initiative.  

 During Veganuary at Planet Terra’s branch in The Greens, the restaurant will be offering discounts on the total bill from Monday through to Thursday for the month of January. Guests can avail a 20% discount when dining as a group of four, a 15% discount as a trio, a 10% discount as a duo, and 5% discount as a single diner.  

 With an abundance of options, plant-based diners will be spoilt for choice at Planet Terra, with dishes to see them through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between – think vegan desserts, organic coffee, homemade soups, smoothies, mylkshakes and cold-pressed juices – with all items made from scratch daily in-house, with no artificial sweeteners, no refined sugars and no GMOs. All items on the entirely vegan menu have been created with animal-free ingredients that are sourced fresh from ethical and sustainable suppliers, locally and internationally.  

 Rise and shine highlights to start the day with this Veganuary include a vegan take on a breakfast classic, ‘The Benedict’, with vegan poached egg, hollandaise, avocado and pico de gallo on toasted sourdough, plus the ‘Chocolicious Açai’ bowl topped with banana, chocolate brownie, pomegranate and nut-ella.  

 For lunch or dinner, the ‘Car-neat-as Tacos’ with shredded king oyster mushrooms, coriander, and onion salsa, topped with avocado cream in a corn tortilla are sure to go down a treat, as are the ‘Empanadas’ featuring a corn shell, hibiscus and tofu filling, guajillo, avocado cream, and pico de gallo.  

 Other favourites include ‘Tofish and Chips’, which presents crunchy fried tofu topped with toasted nori seaweed, miso mayo and pressed radish served with sweet potato fries, ‘Kimchi Pad Thai’ with rice noodles in a tamarind sauce with green cabbage, carrots, oyster mushroom, and topped with marinated tofu and kimchi, and ‘King Oyster Vurger’ combines crunchy oyster mushroom topped with avocado cream and miso mayo with lettuce and pickles in a soft bun.  

 The ‘La Burratina’ features Planet Terra’s signature homemade burrata with heirloom tomatoes and a balsamic glaze, while the ‘Watermelon Feta Salad’ is made using almond feta.  

 For a sweet bite, Planet Terra also boasts plenty of sweet options like ‘Terramisu’ – a vegan take on the classic Italian dessert, plus Fondant au Chocolat – warm dark chocolate fondant.

 The Veganuary discount is now available at The Greens branch till the end of January, and is not applicable on the kids’ menu.
