Set amidst the stunning backdrop of Al Maryah Island’s waterfront, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s al fresco, sharing-style brunch takes place on the vibrant Hidden Bar terrace, offering panoramic views from both indoors and outdoors as you toast to cherished traditions and the joy of the season. Guests can also enjoy exclusive pool access and will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win a Nytimber tasting session at La Cava.
The brunch begins with an enticing array of canapes from Brioche with brie and plum jam to flavours of Smoked Salmon atop fluffy blinis with crème fraîche. For starters, savour the freshness of Dibba Bay Oysters paired with mignonette sauce or indulge in a Charcuterie Platter boasting artisanal cheese and cold cuts.
