Created by Culinary Director Chef Balveer Balkisoon and his talented culinary team, the curated menu seamlessly combines traditional Arabic specialties with authentic French ingredients and flavours from across the globe.
Offering a choice of seating in the intimate and elegant dining room, and out on the beautiful terrace that overlooks the waters of Saadiyat Island, the menu spans four exquisite courses.
Providing a memorable and special way for guests to break their fast, diners are welcomed with a choice of fruits, nuts, laban and apricot juice.
Bringing a creative French twist to the classic regional recipe, the heartwarming creamy red lentil soup with garlic croutons and crispy leeks provides a burst of vibrant flavour, while the sharing-style appetisers are sure to delight those of all tastes.

The Ramadan menu at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is available daily throughout the month of Ramadan, priced AED 350 per person for four courses and a sharing fruit platter.
