From 7:00 PM on December 31st, Arrogante will open its doors to guests eager to welcome the new year with an a la carte dining experience that captures the rich flavours and traditions of Italian cooking. Led by Corporate Chef & Partner Fermin Azcué of the Salvaje World Group, the menu features a selection of handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and seasonal Italian specialties, crafted with high-quality ingredients sourced directly from Italy. Guests can enjoy dishes that pay homage to Italian culinary heritage, all in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting that offers spacious seating, curated wines, and expertly crafted cocktails to complement each course.
As the clock approaches midnight, guests on the terrace can enjoy unrivaled views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks display, an ideal backdrop for celebrating the arrival of 2025. The terrace seating requires a minimum spend of AED 7,000 per person, while those dining by the windows inside can enjoy the same views for AED 5,000 per person. For a more intimate setting within the restaurant’s cozy yet elegant interior, table packages are available starting from AED 3,000 per person.
