The café’s three-course Holiday Menu, priced at AED 200 for the tasting option, offers a sumptuous dining experience in an atmosphere of understated luxury. Diners can begin the culinary adventure with the Chef’s Soup, crafted with fresh produce from Greenheart Organic Farms, or savour the delicate Vitello Tonnato, a classic Italian antipasto. Guests can also opt for the refreshing Lentil Salad with Pickled Red Cabbage or the vibrant Cucumber Salad with Mashed Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes & Capers.
For the main course, foodies can savour the Grilled Shrimp and Sautéed Local Kale or indulge in comforting favourites like Homemade Gnocchi with Pumpkin & Zola or Fusilli Norma with Local Eggplant, both featuring the finest farm-to-table ingredients. For meat lovers, the Grass-Fed Beef Fillet with Porcini Mushroom Sauce and Mashed Potato offers a hearty, elevated option, while guests can also enhance their experience by adding truffle to any dish for AED 50.
