The carefully crafted menu features an enticing assortment including a Tomato Gazpacho with a Gold Sphere amuse bouche, followed by Lobster with Crushed Potatoes, Beignet Cacao with a Foie Gras Mousse, Quinoa Tart with a Raspberry & Avocado Sauce and Cannolo with Smoked Eel and Truffle. Guests will also be served a six-tiered stand of sweet delights including Chocolate Flan, Chocolate & Macadamia Cookies, Gianduja Sable, Vanilla & Chocolate Choux, White Chocolate with Hazelnut & Lemon, Cocoa Nibs Gavotte & Pecan Nuts and a Chocolate Biscuit de Savoie to share.
Guests can also order an exclusive “2023 Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Limited Edition Themed Easter Egg” designed in the shape of a helicopter landing on the property’s iconic helipad to take home to their loved ones. Available in plain dark chocolate or gold and both made from Valrhona Tulakalum 75% dark chocolate Single Origin Grand Cru Belize beans, the helipad is expertly blended with an Almond & Hazelnut Praline and Wild Puffed Rice and the helicopter with Traditional Gavotte and Pink Himalayan Salt.
