  • Duck Seekh ~ Pineapple: Minced duck seekh kebab, spiced with Kashmiri chilli, served alongside a refreshing pineapple kachumber.
  • Lamb ~ Andhra: Tender boneless lamb slow-cooked in coconut and poppyseed gravy, representing the flavours of Andhra Pradesh.
