Highlights from the new menu include the vegan Baked Sweet Potato with Tomatoes and lactose-free Zaziki Sauce, offers a flavourful and nutritious plant-based option. Seafood lovers can enjoy the Baked Dorado with Cherry Tomatoes and Capers delivering a fresh and vibrant taste of the Mediterranean and the Salmon with Miso Sauce and Baked Pak Choy, which showcases the café’s commitment to using organic and premium-quality ingredients. Classic global favourites have also been given a unique touch, including Pizza with Tuna and the rich and creamy Carbonara pasta. 

A standout from the new menu is the savoury Beef-Stuffed Puff Pastry from Il Forno, a must-try that is sure to impress meat lovers with its perfect balance of flavours. For breakfast lovers, the new menu features signature Syrniki and Truffle scramble on Grain Bread, as well as a favourite – the Acai Bowl with Peanut Butter and Banana, and a Rice Porridge with sugar-free probiotic powder, offering wholesome and nutritious options to start the day right.
