WINE MASTER DINNER – PIEDMONTE EDITION
Bussola is presenting a monthly wine event inspired by the various regions of Italy, with a spectacular evening of fine food and fabulous grape.
This month, the Wine Master Dinner takes you on a journey to Piedmonte where guests can discover the region’s enchanting wines. Savour a four-course dinner centered around the delicious world of pumpkins, expertly paired with distinctive drops from Italy’s second largest regions, creating a harmonious union that delights the palate and sparks the imagination.
When: Thursday October 26th 2023, from 7PM onwards. Bookings recommended.

BUSSOLA SOCIAL NIGHT
Guests are invited to get social over fresh oysters and wine during Bussola’s new monthly Social Night.
This spectacular soiree includes live stations serving oysters, free-flowing wine and Montenegro, an Italian amaro that is made from a secret blend of 40 herbs and spices – the perfect foil for sumptuous oysters!
When: Tuesday October 24th 2023, 7pm to 10pm.
