BRIX is now opening its doors to welcome guests with an all-new a la carte selection that will allow visitors to enjoy what BRIX has to offer in smaller bites.

Dubai’s only dessert restaurant, BRIX has launched an a la carte menu for the first time at its location in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, Dubai.

Known for its sensory-igniting, multi-course dessert journeys, BRIX is now opening its doors to welcome guests with an all-new a la carte selection that will allow visitors to enjoy what BRIX has to offer in smaller bites.

While BRIX’s degustation-style experiences continue to run as usual, the new a la carte menu features sophisticated bites for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth or enjoy an indulgent end to their meal at BRIX’s sister restaurant, 3Fils, which is located directly next door.

Thoughtfully designed by experienced chocolatier and Head Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernández and her team, the new menu comprises five unique and tempting desserts to choose from – all of which include a selection of delightful bites with non-alcoholic aperitif pairings that are sure to elevate the senses.

For the chocolate lovers, ‘Cacao Novelle’ is a dish dedicated to the cocoa bean. Diners can expect to enjoy a selection of bites including a chocolate dumpling, toast with chocolate ganache, and a soft chocolate brownie with spiced caramel and olive oil ice cream, all paired with a blood orange and pink grapefruit mocktail named ‘Love Story’.

Philo’sophy creates a playful mix of sounds and textures. Crunchy layers of filo pastry are served ready to be dipped into a Middle Eastern-inspired smoked labneh dip with a pairing of fresh ‘Green Tonic’.

Diving into ‘Nostalgia’, guests will find each bite taking them back to the good old days through memory-evoking flavours like peanut, salted caramel, hazelnut, mango, and passion fruit – paired with the ‘Golden Autumn’ that blends earl grey, fresh lemon and American malt.

Chef Carmen brings back the sweet summer this winter with ‘Verano’ – a combination of refreshing textures and zesty flavours like mango sorbet, lime cremosco with yuzu and vanilla mascarpone mousse, all accompanied by the fruity ‘Berry Bloom’ with fresh strawberries.

For the crème de la crème, diners can try ‘Fêter’. This a la carte dish serves up a taste of luxury with brown bread meringue and sour cream mousse, gold leaf bar with foie gras and cherry jam, plus a caviar tin with black truffle and shitake ganache, served with a glass of chilled 0% champagne.

The new a la carte menu is now being served daily (except on Mondays when BRIX is closed), at BRIX Desserts in Jumeriah Fishing Harbour and does not require prior booking.
